What are the shipping options for U.S. customers?

We offer two shipping options for our customers:

Standard Shipping
Enjoy reliable delivery within 10–12 business days. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders!

Express Shipping
Need your order faster? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for expedited delivery. Please note, Express Shipping is not included in our free shipping offer and will incur an additional charge.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 48 hrs  before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where does Mushmycel ship from?

To ensure faster delivery, all U.S. orders are shipped from either Los Angeles (LA) or New York. For orders outside the U.S., we ship from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

Nope! Since we ship from within the U.S., there are no additional duties or import fees—the price you see at checkout is all you pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through your selected courier.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates. If it appears lost or hasn't moved for several days, reach out to our support team support@Mushmycel.com , and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our customer support email: support@Mushmycel.com to request any changes.

Do you have warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty coverage:

If the Product you purchased from us becomes damaged within one year of purchase, we’ll provide free warranty service.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer experience team with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’re here to help!

How do I Submit a Return?

Changed your mind? Need a different size or color? No matter the reason, our 100% Happiness Guarantee has you covered! We've made the return or exchange process quick and easy to find a solution!

Please make sure to have your order number and shipping zip/postal code ready! You can find your order number in the header of your confirmation email or in the top right corner of the email.

Please contact our support team via email, providing your order number and the details of the issue, and we’ll assist you with your return, exchange, or replacement request.

Once your return or exchange is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know that a new product, gift card, or refund is on its way!

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, a small handling fee applies to returns, which varies based on your location. This helps cover processing and shipping costs to ensure a smooth return experience.

I ordered the wrong case/received the wrong case, can I get an exchange?

Mistakes happen, and we’re here to help you get sorted and get the case you’ll love on your phone!

If you’re not satisfied with your case, or if your case has any defects, please email us at support@Mushmycel.comor reach us on within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my replacement/exchange?

Once your return is in transit and tracking is active, your replacement or exchange will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as it’s on the way!

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once your return is in transit. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank. Most banks process refunds within 1-3 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
